1. All candidates that are submitted from Genesis to any client will have been comprehensively interviewed by a consultant with extensive Investment Banking and Recruitment experience
2. In providing our service to only a select few clients one of our main advantages will be the range of institutions that can be utilised for headhunting purposes hence substantially increasing your potential candidate range that many larger recruitment institutions would be unable to equal
3. Genesis has a highly efficient database this enables the consultant to source candidates through a combination of search functions. Any position that Genesis receives can be searched for both quickly and accurately and after selecting the candidates with the right criteria a comprehensive summary prepared by an experienced consultant will be used to establish whether the candidate is the appropriate fit
4. Our core method of sourcing candidates is by referrals and headhunting and we have found that even at the junior level good candidates do not very often go out and register themselves with a consultancy. It has become more common for high quality candidates to wait for a headhunt call before considering other opportunities and it is also a fact that the best candidates are very rarely actively looking.
